Kazu Sano

I have been feeling sad lately, during this unfortunate time. Kazu, you were not only a great artist and teacher, but you were also a kind, knowledgeable, and respectable person.

You have impacted my life so much. I wish I could have spent more time with you.

I send my love and support to friends and family of Kazu.

I really miss you. I will always remember you...

  1. I was really saddened to hear about Kazu. I never had him as a teacher but I love his work and I have spoken with him a few times. He was a great person, and his work and teachings will live on.

  2. Yeah. It was a bad day when I got the news from Angeline. It was just an impact that it's hard to accept he's gone. I take comfort in the fact that he's now immortal, and will live on in the art he has created.

  3. Just found out through your blog. Very sad to hear this terrible news. I was looking so forward to meeting this breath taking master, and learning from him. Although i didn't meet him, i can see his beautiful impact as a person through his works. With all respect and condolence R.I.P Mr. Sano.
